a) Auto Log Off Computer when computer remains idle for x minutes
b) Automatically Open Program / File when computer remains idle for x minutes
c) Turn Monitor Off after x idle minutes even when no user is logged onto workstation
and run Turn Off Monitor Windows Service
(Tested on Windows XP, will not work on Windows Vista)
